Can anybody help me figure out what is wrong?

Hi family. So I just seem to be having a really hard time losing weight. In fact, I am gaining weight. I gained like 4 lbs in the last 2 weeks! Seriously! And my stomach is getting fatter and fatter. It's like something is growing in there. Can anybody think what my problem might be? I'd appreciate any help or support you could give me.   Love, Bon
